Return to Avila

Despite a bout with a cold and a round of conjunctivitis we managed to make it back to Avila last weekend to enjoy the last few days of the beach rental. Lyla's Grammy and Pop Pop had been at the house during the week with her and Tio and stayed an extra day so they could get a little more time with everyone. The kids, once again, had a blast at the beach and we were blessed with amazing weather. The highlights of this visit were Tio trying to teach the Little Ones how to stand on a surf board, pouring buckets of water on Nonna's feet, eating popcorn on the couch with Nonna, and Tio digging a huge hole to bury them in. Aunt Di Di and TJ came to visit again and we had a great evening spending time with them (even if I don't have pictures to prove it). We loved our time at the rental and definitely learned February is a great time to vacation on the Central Coast!!!
