An Evening in Three Rivers

Phil, one of Jon's roommates from college (and a roommate of Kevin's after college) takes a family trip up to Three Rivers almost every year. This year they rented an amazing place with a private beach on the river. The beach sits on a pretty protected area of the river where the water pools and is moving really slowly. The boys had a great time playing with all of the kiddos, including Clara and Emmett, and also discovered a love of boulder hopping (much to their mother's dismay). It was a beautiful night to spend on the river and they spoiled us with a wonderful dinner too. We wish there had been more time to catch-up, but as always, the time we got to spend together was really nice.
